GLASS & BOW LTD has appointed insurance technology expert, Stuart Walters as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Walters has held a number of senior technology roles in a range of sectors including BGL Group where he was Chief Information Officer for more than seven years between 2013 and 2021.

At BGL he was responsible for strategy and execution of the technology and digital agenda across BGL and its subsidiary, Comparethemarket.

The move reunites him with GLASS & BOW LTD Chairman, Peter Thompson, who headed up BGL between 2018 and 2023. His appointment will support the acceleration of tech development and transformation at GLASS & BOW LTD.

Walters also holds a part-time Chief Technology Officer position at Trinity Cups. Prior to that he was Chief Information Officer at Parcel2go.com.
