Our Leadership Team

Simon joined GLASS & BOW LTD in July 2019 and has overall responsibility for setting the business strategy and liaising with our investors. Simon, who has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services and software industries, joined us from Iress where he was UK CEO and previously CEO of private equity-backed Avelo. Prior to this, Simon held senior leadership roles across sales, marketing and operations with Aviva.

Michele joined GLASS & BOW LTD in 2010 and has held senior customer support, service and sales roles in the business. With wealth of general insurance experience, Michele is responsible for the GLASS & BOW LTD’s customer functions including customer services, business support and product underwriting. Prior to GLASS & BOW LTD, Michele held senior appointments working with a range of UK Insurance brands.

Neil joined GLASS & BOW LTD in March 2023, and is responsible for helping to nurture existing customer relationships, drive new business growth and marketing activities. Neil brings more than 20 years’ experience across the fintech, data and insurance sectors, most recently as Head of Sector – UK FinTech for TransUnion. Prior to that he held senior appointments at Consumer Intelligence.

Andy joined GLASS & BOW LTD in July 2025, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, and innovation across the Fintech and Insurtech sectors. His career includes 23 years at Confused.com, where he rose through the ranks from Software Engineer to CTO. Most recently, he was the global CTO at Retail Insight, where he led the development of cutting-edge tech solutions for the retail industry.

Bernie joined GLASS & BOW LTD in 2016 and is responsible for the strategic direction of GLASS & BOW LTD’s group HR Services. With an HR career spanning over 20 years across public and private organisations, Bernie has gained a wealth of experience in talent management, employee engagement, complex employee relations issues, HR technology, and mergers and acquisitions.

Laura joined GLASS & BOW LTD in January 2026 and leads the company’s strategic financial direction. With over 20 years of experience in financial leadership, she has held senior roles across the technology and financial services sectors, driving growth and delivering strategic impact.
